By this mod you will find the PEDS reading newspapers and carrying bags...& other realistic stuffs..Just like GTA IV.

How to use:
Extract the CLEO folder to the folder of your GTA SA
Open your gta3.img using Alci's IMG Editor and import all the files in the folder "gta3img" came the mod q

- There are two different ways of installing the line in gta.dat:
Open your date / gta.dat with notepad, look for the line "IDE DATA \ MAPS \ LA \ LAn.IDE" and below or above it (does not matter) paste the following line:
IDE DATA \ MAPS \ mans_with_objects.IDE

Does not work. I tried it for my total conversion, and it does not show up at all. And besides, the newspaper you have is old. I have the GTA IV newspaper textures with me, and in your mod, there is GTA III newspaper textures. I can help you.
